Cash deposits are not accepted. Only valid credit cards (VISA, Master Cards,AMEX,Diners).
We do not accept Pre Paid Money-Mart Master cards.

United Car and Truck Rentals provides airport pickup and drop-off services 24/7.

Pick Up/Drop Off
We provide Free local pick up/drop off services.

Driver Licenses and Requirements
Valid Ontario class "G2" or "G" license and International licenses accepted.

Child Car seats
Available upon request.

Out of Province/USA Policy
The destination must be mentioned at the time the rental due to insurance regulations.

Exotic Cars
Exotic and Luxury car rentals include 150km free per day.

Additional Drivers
Additional drivers pay a surcharge for each day
Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 21

407/Parking Tickets
Renter agrees to pay all parking tickets and 407 charges.

Insurance Policies
Renters who have transferable insurance, or carry any Credit Card that covers rental insurance may transfer it to some rental vehicles. If transferable insurance is not confirmed at the time of the rental, customer is required to purchase one of the LDW packages offered by our company. If CDW/LDW is declined, the customer personally assumes full responsibility for the total cash value of the vehicle and any other charges resulting from any damages incurred while rented.

Moving trucks, Luxury and Exotic vehicles are required to purchase one of our Insurance packages.
